My client service promise is to provide all current and prospective clients with ways and assistance in reducing their fears regarding their and their family’s financial future and protection. I do this be ensuring my staff and I value our honesty in all we do, integrity always and making sure we are always client focused.

One thing you can count on from me is that I will not run away from problems. If we hit a snag, I’ll be there for you. In fact, I will be checking on with you from time to time, usually once a year, just to make sure you are okay. 

Social media Policy

The guidelines for acting in a digital world are much the same as the traditional values we use day to day. We pride ourselves on maintaining an online Financial Diva community that upholds ethics, compassion and confidentiality. 

We communicate with people in many ways from meetings to phone calls, emails, tradeshows and social media: you can find us on Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn. This page gives you an idea of how to engage with us on social media, what you can expect from us, and where to find additional information. 

The Financial Diva’s Social Media Engagement Guidelines

We’re thrilled to have you communicate with us on our Facebook, LinkedIn and/or Instagram page(s). Your experience with The Financial Diva is important to us and we understand that you may want to engage from time to time. 

While you’re with us, we hope you’ll take a moment to read the following guidelines we ask you, ourselves and our employees to follow when contributing to our social media page:

  • Don’t do anything that breaks the law. 

  • Be polite. Whether you agree or disagree, name calling, profanity, discriminatory statements, sexual harassment and the like will not be tolerated.

  • No Fake Profiles. All engagements should come from a real person and profile. All interactions from a fake account will be removed upon discovery.  

  • Have questions? We are happy to help our clients on social media because we want you to have the best possible experience with The Financial Diva.

  • Protect yourself. Be careful when sharing your personal information online. Social media is a public space and while The Financial Diva will NOT share personal information about our clients, we cannot be held responsible if YOU share personal information on our pages. 

  • Don’t speak for others. Don’t share personal information that belongs to someone else.
